BTRC Hub at Whinney Hill Farm, Halton

The British Thoroughbred Retraining Centre (BTRC) is a charitable organisation dedicated to the welfare, retraining, and rehoming of retired racehorses. Situated in the picturesque countryside north of Lancaster. With the use of a TerrainHopper, you are welcome to come along and explore the 180 acres of beautiful farmland.

A Terrain Hopper is available to borrow with right hand control and carer’s control.

You will able to take a beautiful walk around the surrounding countyside of Halton.

There is also the opportunity to visit the Throughbred centre, visit the stables and meet the horses. If you wish to look around the stables, don't hesitate to contact the centre to make arrangements for your visit.
