Whilst this is a Miles Without Stiles, produced by the Yorkshire Dales National Park, please take note that the kissing gate may be difficult to pass through with a large scooter. An easy access route starting in Burnsall and following the River Wharfe.

The route is well surfaced and level.

Whilst walking along the river, look out for pied and grey wagtail, dipper, common sandpiper and oystercatcher.
